I decided to hire a personal trainer after recovering from an ankle injury that required two surgeries.  Alisa Rogers filled that role over the course of seven months.  During that time, she was always very professional, on-time, flexible, and fun to work with.  She utilized different exercises each session to keep them interesting, and to ensure that all muscles were worked out at least once per week.  Exercises to specifically address my ankle weakness were also included.
